Took my car in for 30k mile tire and brake inspection got it back same day not a mention of worn down pads or components etc. A month later I'm hearing grinding noises coming from you guessed it, my brakes. it back same day not a mention of worn down pads or components etc. A month later I'm hearing grinding noises coming from you guessed it, my brakes. Took my car in due to screeching noise and I'm being told I need new front Rotors and brake pads because the brake pads weren't changed in a timely manner. The customer service is atrocious here and it took a whole day after me dropping my car off just to have them inform me of the issue. Personally I will not be coming back to this location and will not be purchasing another Mercedes from here. THIS MERCEDES-BENZ SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY More
