The service tech was good. However, it is impossible to get anyone in Audi service on the phone. I was once able to leave a message but no one called me back. This is a major source of frustration and ended up taking 5 months to get my car in for service after 1st calling in Oct, appt scheduled for Feb and due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel (but couldn't reach anyone to do so) and was finally seen in March. I wonder if my rotors would have needed to be replaced if I were able to get in for service in Oct or Nov when I first called. In Feb, I left a message for the Service Manager to call me, wrote him a letter and then wrote the overall Manager a letter to complain about no one over answering the phone. I am a 20+ year Audi owner with 10 Audi's in our family. This is not the kind of service I have ever experienced in CT or WI. I will be hard pressed to buy another Audi, although I have loved my cars, due to the unresponsive service department. More

We drive down from Santa Fe to get a new Audi key programmed.which took 2 weeks out to schedule. Next the agent who was to call us when it was done didn’t. The complimentary wash never happened and programmed.which took 2 weeks out to schedule. Next the agent who was to call us when it was done didn’t. And you know what that key cost to purchase and program. 4 hours later. What’s going on down there? Now if I were interested in purchasing a new Audi… your sales department would’ve been all over us. He gave a tutorial on everything and even showed us the little secrets on the s3. All in all we had a great experience shopping for a new car and I’m happy with the service Audi offered. More
