The service advisor, Javier, was exceptionally nice, taking time to answer all my questions and making sure I understood the recommendations. I never felt rushed. I feel comfortable coming back later with my old C-class for first class service. More

Two issues with our service last week: 1) the alignment wasn't done correctly and we're needing to bring it back (and we live 50 miles away); 2) the vehicle must have been driven over a large bump rapidly, wasn't done correctly and we're needing to bring it back (and we live 50 miles away); 2) the vehicle must have been driven over a large bump rapidly, because contents of the RV werre thrown all over the place in a way worse than all the bumps we've gone over in 96,000 miles; certainly whoever if moving the vehicle around should know how to avoid that in an RV! BUT - thank you for the offerings to help offset the inconvenience. More
