It took some time to get my 2020 Cayenne Turbo in to get service. I called on November 21, 2022 and was given a February 21, 2023 date to bring my car for service in response to an engine warning light. T service. The light went out in mid February and I talked with Nile, and we cancelled the service. The engine light came back on on February 17. I phoned and Nile was able to get me in on the 24th. While driving from Santa Fe, I stopped for gas and when I started the car, the light was out. I took the car in and Nile took his time to inform me of possible issues, including a similar issues with two other Cayenne's. Nile believes it is a software issue, and has alerted Porsche of the engine light issue in three Cayennes. Nile was very professional and most accommodating. More
