Service was great for the regular maintenance. Part had to be ordered for other issue. When I made the appt I had reserved a loaner car which put me nearly a month out from when I had called. David here at Mercedes Albuquerque Service is just an amazing person who will help you the best he can in whatever situation you might be in. While traveling from San Francisco to Oklahoma City, in mid w amazing person who will help you the best he can in whatever situation you might be in. While traveling from San Francisco to Oklahoma City, in mid way to my second rest stop at Albuquerque I had a flat tire without any spares with me. I was stressed and did not know what to do, but after talking to David McMasters (service advisor), he gave me a few options and kept me at a high priority since I did not have a stay and had to travel further. He pulled a lot of strings to make my journey and situation easier. I had to change the rim (wheel) as well as the tire for fixing the car, but the wheel was a special order and was going to take a whole week! I couldn't wait that long in Albuquerque, so went with a temporary fix to complete my journey. After coming to Oklahoma, David coordinated with the dealership here to get my wheel delivered to my closest dealership service and made the whole process smooth without putting any further responsibility on my plate. I just had to go to my nearest dealership service center and talk to the person he already had coordinated with and do the service to get my car completely fixed! I have never been so impressed with any service that I got here. Just amazing! More

Our service was done in a shorter time than we thought so we were nicely surprised with the efficiency of the service. Leland was great.
