The dealer had the vehicle for over two weeks. The first excuse for the work not being done was the part was coming out of Texas and weather had delayed shipment. Supposedly when the part arrived on a Wednesday we were promised the vehicle by Friday. It took until the following Tuesday before it was ready. This is not the first time we have had issues with this service department which is why I only use it as a last resort. Our vehicle is well maintained but 9 years old so I'm sure it goes to the back of the line when customers with newer Mercedes need work done. More

The service advisor and maintenance shop were very thorough in troubleshooting the car’s problem. However, my car is electric and they gave it back to me with hardly enough battery to drive home, al thorough in troubleshooting the car’s problem.
