It all started when I went to get my fluids topped off. They forgot to put the cap back on the radiator reservoir. I came back to the dealership and the service department was closed. They gave me a loaner and they handled my car with white gloves went through every detail. Did a full maintenance service found that my headers were leaking fixed that as well. Took about a month to get all the work done. Was very glad I had a loaner car. Only suggestion is for the computer system to have my extended warranty information in there. Had to dig through my paper work to show everything was covered. More
