Overall the Porsche detailing was quite well done and I was please with the interior and exterior of the Cayenne. There was only one issue, that I specially asked about prior to scheduling the detailing a was please with the interior and exterior of the Cayenne. There was only one issue, that I specially asked about prior to scheduling the detailing and that was the cleaning of the wheels. My understanding was the wheels' interior as well as the exterior would be cleaned. The wheels' interiors were partially cleaned and the same for the wheel wells. Upon picking up the vehicle I noted the wheel wells and the vehicle was brought back for a cleaning. However, the cleaning was not thorough and there is still red clay noticeable in the wheel wells (hard to reach areas). The same is true for the wheels' interiors, the hard to reach areas were not cleaned. The overall service is great as always and thank you. More
