The service advisor demonstrated poor customer interaction when my wife reported that the windshield washer sprayer didn’t work during our recent trip, and we had not used it previously. Despite our car being less than a year old, she was told that there may a charge of over $200.00 depending on the repair. This took her aback, and me when told, that cost was one of the first things presented considering the age of the car and warranties still being in place. When the car was returned, the service advisor reported that the windshield washer was empty. When she told him that I purposely filled it for our trip, he abruptly responded “well, it was empty” — not very tactful when dealing with her. More
I’ve owned Audis for years and have lived in large cities such as Chicago and New York, so I’m familiar with what good dealership service looks like. Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. The staff seem uneducated about their own products and uninterested in helping customers. The service department feels lazy and disorganized, and I’ve consistently encountered long wait times and poor communication. Parts and labor are also significantly overpriced — far beyond what I’ve paid in other major markets. It feels like this dealership takes advantage of being the only Audi option in the Albuquerque area, which is frustrating for loyal Audi owners who expect a higher level of professionalism and expertise. I hope management seriously considers improving staff training, pricing transparency, and overall customer care. Until then, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere for service if possible. More
