On appointment day, they fixed the issue in a very reasonable amount of time, less than a couple of hours, while I sat in their comfortable waiting area, and they were courteous and friendly and kept me informed of progress. Plus, the fix was done under warranty (as it should have been) without any haggling needed. So, I am a very satisfied customer. More
