When I got to my appointment - the dealer acknowledged that my car was within its warranty period, but denied my ability to use the warranty. They asserted that because the car was certified - that warra that my car was within its warranty period, but denied my ability to use the warranty. They asserted that because the car was certified - that warranty and it’s lesser coverage superseded the manufacturer’s warranty. I had to turn to Porsche’s website to demonstrate that the repair was covered by manufacturer’s warranty. The salesmen were also loudly making fun of a customer’s spec on a $200K GT3 that had just come in from Porsche. What a poor experience More
