Very friendly staff and very welcoming. However, after 3 weeks in the shop my car's problem was still not fixed. Three weeks seems excessive. We really enjoyed the staff at Porsche of Albq, but after the sale of the car was complete, the car was transported to our home in Texas the following week, I was very frustrated by the lack of communication the sale of the car was complete, the car was transported to our home in Texas the following week, I was very frustrated by the lack of communication. My salesperson did not answer texts promptly, if at all, despite having his mobile number on his business card. I had to ask repeatedly for the paperwork to be emailed to me after signing. This took 8 days. I had to call to find out when my car might be delivered, and then had no notice when a separate driver was picking up my trade in. Overall I am giving this review 4 stars only because the staff was very nice and enjoyable, and I absolutely love my new Taycan 4S. Really the experience rates very average at 3 stars. More
There are no loaner cars available. We had to pay for two weeks of rental and Uber rides. Similar situation occurred with services in February of this year. We paid $3,285.07 in February and $1,784.98 in March for a total of $5,070.05. For as much money we paid for the services, car rental and uber rides, I feel a car loaner should had been available. We also drive a Mercedes and a BMW in San Diego and always had a loaner available during service at these dealers. Overall, I have been somewhat disappointed with Mercedes of Albuquerque experience. I always return to M-B for annual tuneups and repairs because I know the service staff is knowledgeable and will have legitimate parts. However, like physicians and hospitals, there is no monitor of cont because I know the service staff is knowledgeable and will have legitimate parts.
