We really enjoyed the staff at Porsche of Albq, but after the sale of the car was complete, the car was transported to our home in Texas the following week, I was very frustrated by the lack of communication the sale of the car was complete, the car was transported to our home in Texas the following week, I was very frustrated by the lack of communication. My salesperson did not answer texts promptly, if at all, despite having his mobile number on his business card. I had to ask repeatedly for the paperwork to be emailed to me after signing. This took 8 days. I had to call to find out when my car might be delivered, and then had no notice when a separate driver was picking up my trade in. Overall I am giving this review 4 stars only because the staff was very nice and enjoyable, and I absolutely love my new Taycan 4S. Really the experience rates very average at 3 stars. More
