Audi struggles with basic technology. I own one of their most expensive cars. Oil change and wash was good. Other needs not met as promised. One year now with MMI issues. We agree to make sure the system was working correctly before it picked up the car. I was given paper instructions to do myself. Same info as before. I wasn’t helped, but went through the paper instructions for 45 mins in my car. Frustrated I went in to get assistance again. I wasn’t helped told again I must be doing something wrong. The tech person had gone home. I wasn’t helped told told he would contact me the next day. Three days and still no follow up. Additionally, I asked for an appraisal/offer for my car as part of the service that day. I wasn’t helped told told Eric would call me the next day. I still haven’t heard from him either. This is the third car I bought through Audi of Albuquerque. The last one had to have the engine replaced. I won’t buy through Mercedes Benz (Audi/Porsche) again. You can’t get effective service there. Nice people though. More

No loaner during all day service, last pickup at 4pm and then sat there waiting till 6pm. Felt like my car was left till last even after a 10am drop off for 60mile check up and then rushed at the end to fin then sat there waiting till 6pm. Also extend check-up program no longer available so not any good deals, even though I was told by Paul I could buy it next time I came in when I tried to buy it last time after my last one got used. Also different rep everything come in. Of course since my car was rushed at the end no car wash either! More

Although I waited six months for my Porsche Macan 4 EV, Eric G. kept me in the loop. Pick up day, we flew up from Las Cruces, He picked us up and took us to the dealership where my new car was almost ready Eric G. kept me in the loop.
