This is my first time at this dealership. I was impressed that we were able to get service on our motorhome on short notice and the Javier went out of his way to help and make it happen. Only problem - it was promised to be finished in the morning (supposed to start on it at 7:00 am) and when I called and texted Javier at 11:30, 12:00, and 12:30 to find out status I got no response. I finally had to call the main number and get to the service department who put me on hold for over 20 minutes before Javier answered. The service was completed and paperwork finalized around 3:00 pm which forced me to change my travel plans for the day. More

I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but my recent experience with the Mercedes dealership has been incredibly frustrating and disruptive. I brought in my Sprinter van, which has a brand new engine experience with the Mercedes dealership has been incredibly frustrating and disruptive. I brought in my Sprinter van, which has a brand new engine, to fix the turbo — also under warranty. The fact that a brand new engine already needed a full turbo replacement is frustrating enough. But after they had my van for over a week and a half, I picked it up and immediately ran into even bigger issues. The battery — also brand new — was completely dead when I picked it up. They jumped it and sent me on my way with no explanation. I drove off to run a quick errand, parked, and when I came back, it was completely dead again. I had to walk home, take a second vehicle to my workspace, grab jumper cables, then drive back just to jump it myself. That’s not the kind of thing you expect after picking up a vehicle from a Mercedes service department. And it didn’t stop there. My center console (a JVC aftermarket unit that worked fine before) was now completely unresponsive, and within minutes of driving again, the check engine light came back on. As a self-employed artist, this van is my work vehicle — I rely on it for deliveries, travel, and exhibitions. Being without it has been a huge disruption to my business, especially as I’m preparing for an upcoming trip. I’ve lost valuable time going back and forth to the dealership, and now I’m left with even more problems than when I dropped it off. Mercedes has since asked me to leave a review — so here it is: this felt rushed, careless, and deeply unprofessional. I trusted this dealership with a vehicle I depend on, and instead I got back a van that barely runs and now has new electrical issues. Extremely disappointed. More

frustrating to have a warning light come on; take car to the dealer, only to be told ""we can't diagnose anything to fix". this is the second time this has occurred.
