Excellent assistance from your employees Tony and Gabe. We were stranded in Albuquerque on a trip from Arizona to Arkansas in a brand new 2020 Jayco Melbourne RV on a Mercedes Sprinter chassis. We had stopp We were stranded in Albuquerque on a trip from Arizona to Arkansas in a brand new 2020 Jayco Melbourne RV on a Mercedes Sprinter chassis. We had stopped for gas and after refueling were unable to put the vehicle in drive. After trying roadside assist thru Jayco with a very poor response, we used our Mercedes Pro. Response was quick and arrangements were made to tow the vehicle to your dealership within the hour. It was already around 9pm. We filled out the service form and left the keys, hoping to make contact in the morning. I received a call from Tony first thing the next morning, explained the issues and that we were needing to get back in the road as soon as possible to make it to Arkansas for a mountain bike race. He said they would start right away and would let me know. A little later we went by your dealership and spoke with Gabe who had been working on my vehicle. He had figured out part of the problem. We again talked to Tony. He contacted the dealership I had purchased my vehicle from in San Diego so that all the issues could be dealt with under warranty and not out of my pocket. They were hoping to get it finished by the end of the day or the next morning. Later in the day Tony again connected with me to let me know they were still working on it and would finish by the end of the day even if it meant staying late, which they did. Both he and Gabe could not have been nicer or more helpful. The next morning we had another issue and called Tony for help and he again came to our rescue. Thankfully this time it was only stupid operator error! If I lived in Albuquerque I would definitely return to your dealership for future service. Please be sure they know how grateful we were for the excellent service. More

Windshield Replacement I needed to replace my cracked windshield so stopped in at the dealership and spoke with Leland. He checked with the parts dept and there was one in stock. He scheduled my visit for the following week. I arrived, was immediately checked in and Leland had my paperwork ready. I was was given a loaner car and was of, in around 10 minutes! Leland and the entire staff was very cheerful, quick, and thorough. When I returned to pick up my car, again about a 10 minute transaction. Leland had emailed me a link so I could pay online, making the pick up faster. The work appears to be perfect. It is nice to be greeted by pleasant people who understand that our time is valuable and strive to get us in and out quickly. Great dealership! More

Terry is a super nice guy and so helpful! Last Saturday, my husband and I leased a Q3 from this dealership that we intentionally share in our 1 car family. 5 days after we signed the contract, Last Saturday, my husband and I leased a Q3 from this dealership that we intentionally share in our 1 car family. 5 days after we signed the contract, I ran over a large construction nail in the road that lodged itself into the front tire of the car. We live about 2.5 hours away from this dealership and we couldn't drive the car. It was stressful to think of how to get the car to the dealership and all that stuff that comes out of a situation like this, and I have to say that Audi Brand Specialist, Terry Maness, came up with a great solution for us. Customer service is important to us and is one of the reasons why we pay more to lease this car. Thank you Terry for helping out.
