Brought one of our Audis in for routine maintenance/recalls The maintenance was accomplished as promised. The car was with the dealership for 5-6 hours necessitating transportation for myself via the shuttle. The maintenance was accomplished as promised. The car was with the dealership for 5-6 hours necessitating transportation for myself via the shuttle. This was a two hour process due to several other individuals on the opposite side of town also requiring the shuttle. David was very accommodating during the process. In the past six months I have noticed a distinct change in the availability of loaner cars. For the record, this is the first time in over 5 years that I have not been provided a loaner car and had to use the shuttle. I have owned Audis for over 20 years. More
