Great Service in this rough time Terry at Audi was called during this rough time and stay at home order. He brought a new Audi A6 for us to look at. Incredible, efficient, courteous, professional, and on time! My service experience could not have been better. I was greeted on arrival and quickly provided with a summary of the work to be performed. I did add My service experience could not have been better. I did add another item that has been bugging me lately, and they of course said they would address my concern. I was shown my loaner vehicle and I was quickly on my way. I was contacted by phone after a couple of hours to let me know all work, including my additional item of concern, had been addressed and that my Audi was ready. I knew the charges and they were exactly as anticipated. No charge for fixing my small area of concern. Because I was able to pay online prior to returning to the dealership, I literally arrived, handed over my loaner keys and was back in my car enroute home within just a couple of minutes. Incredible experience! More
