Sale was rushed so they could show it on their Sept. books. The car was not ready when they sent it home with us. Problems…not detailed, windows not tinted, no way to pay for it. So I have spent all day Monday sitting in Mercedes waiting room while they tinted the windows. I am back two days later sitting here waiting for them to fix the high beams which are not working properly and a window not working properly. No one has given me an introduction to the car as I was promised. I live over 30 miles from the dealership and they have no loaner for me so I have so far wasted two whole days of my time. I would recommend the dealership based on the purchase of my previous Mercedes. I eventually paid cash but I was encouraged to finance it and pay it off three days later when funds were available. More
Lost the serpentine belt on my 1993 300CE SportLine on my way to watch fireworks on Thursday, July 4th. Got it towed to Mercedes-Benz of Albuquerque and left my car keys in the night drop. I have had great experiences with the service department here. My aged Audi needed serving but I was almost ready to buy a new car. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were traveling with a 2025 EKKO Sprinter/ Winnebago. A Shield was damaged somewhere along the way, actually dropped out. Luckily we found it :)). We called MCA and they got us right away and was able to repair it in a timely manner so we could get back on the road. Hope to find a Service Center up in the Portland OR area that will be that responsive. Shout out to Javier & Kayla. More
