I took my Audi in for service,I gave my extended warranty info, he stated it might be covered I was not informed about my vehicle i called several times. I can say that Billy Wing went above and beyond in helping me with the Sprinter Van that I purchased. I had contacted 10 different MB dealerships in 4 states. The only reason I did not give this rating 5 stars is that I had to spend about an hour on my own figuring out what things work in the van and setting up everything. It would have been nice for someone to guide me through this process. Overall a good experience. I can say if I am to purchase another MB vehicle, I would consider Mercedes Benz of Albuquerque again.
