Told $1500 to fix loose driver door panel when this dealership is the only one to take it off 2x to fixing window whistle. I said clips are not setting properly and they assured me $1500. I went home dealership is the only one to take it off 2x to fixing window whistle. I said clips are not setting properly and they assured me $1500. I went home, took panel off myself, saw 2 broken clips and 1 missing. Ordered online and fixed myself for less than $20. This experience is my last. More

I had to wait three weeks for an appointment to service my Audi. When my day finally arrived, I had three items that needed to be looked at or repaired. (1) My brakes were starting to "pulsate" when they my Audi. When my day finally arrived, I had three items that needed to be looked at or repaired. (1) My brakes were starting to "pulsate" when they were applied. They replaced my brake pads and rotors at a cost of $3300. (2) I received an ACC failure that my automatic braking was unavailable error message - I was told that my front camera had failed. I told them that the front cameras hasn't worked for four years and I had never got this message before. Needless to say I was told I needed to replace the front camera and that was the reason for the error message. I chose not to replace the camera because it would cost me $2500. (3) My oil light had come on the day before service. They topped it off as it was not yet ready for an oil change. More
