I brought my Audi Q7 in for a software update. When returning to pick up my vehicle, I was informed that my car was scratched/damaged while it was in service. My service advisor let me know they already had contacted Loid's to make the first appointment to repair the damage. A s the scratches/damages were in a less than conspicuous location, I was extremely pleased that the service department owned up to the mistake, and got it fixed. A lesser dealership would've glossed over or totally ignored this. The honesty and integrity of this service department are beyond reproach!! Well done!!!! More

Replaced a Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tire with the wrong model (Michelin Pilot 3), didn’t replace the valve stem cap, so I’m now missing one on a 3 month old vehicle, and then they did not inflate the tires model (Michelin Pilot 3), didn’t replace the valve stem cap, so I’m now missing one on a 3 month old vehicle, and then they did not inflate the tires to the tire pressure specified. They were inflated about 11 psi lower than they should have been on the rears and 4 psi lower on the fronts. More
