I dropped my vehicle off yesterday morning at the Audi Service Department and my expectations were exceeded. They promised my vehicle would be done after almost a week and when I called to ask them about it being done they still had not even received the part to fix the issue. So it took another two days becaus week and when I called to ask them about it being done they still had not even received the part to fix the issue. And no phone call from the service advisor about the part not being ordered and no apology. More

Check in and out of service was very easy, and it was helpful to be provided with a loaner car so I could take care of my errands during my day in ABQ.
