I have been going to Audi of Albuquerque for over 10 years and this was the first experience that I had I would call negative. My 2007 Audi went in for routine service and several rather large issues we years and this was the first experience that I had I would call negative. My 2007 Audi went in for routine service and several rather large issues were identified. There was very little follow up from the dealership to the questions I had about the issues. I requested to be called back with updates and no call back was given. I had to call in several times to get the information and re ask some of the questions. Call backs still didn’t happen. At this point I received a text saying the car was done so I went and paid and left. Due to the large issues that were identified I ended taking the vehicle to a local shop. This shop identified some of the same issues but also identified more critical repair issues. Based on this past experience I don’t know if I would return to the dealership for repair work or maintenance. I would still recommend new owners to take their cars to the dealership as the work that is done is done well. More

Fred was my service writer. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He told me what the process would be and was very clear in his communication. I also interacted with a woman (sorry don't recall her name) that helped me get into a rental car. She was also professional, friendly, and great at her job. The process was quick and efficient. My husband waited 5 hours for a navigation update because we needed the car for the next day.. but wait, after 5 hours he gave him a computer gadget to update it at home. It was horrific. Then we had to ask we needed the car for the next day.. but wait, after 5 hours he gave him a computer gadget to update it at home. It was horrific. Then we had to ask someone else to stop sending us a bill for something they never did. That’s just one instance, another is a horrible lease that turned into a buy and they still had an outstanding lease balance that was supposed to be moved over to the new buy- it never was. To this day we can’t get it fixed. Worst service ever!!! Go to San Diego to buy your Mercedes or Denver More
