Was told to dropped off Sprinter at another location for a recall. The Tech was rude and seemed to be bothered we were there. We then received an estimate by e-mail that was not just over priced but would b a recall. The Tech was rude and seemed to be bothered we were there. We then received an estimate by e-mail that was not just over priced but would be considered to be xxxx. Labor prices were over 3000% higher than other shops and parts way over priced as well. We then called and advised service we would just pick up the van and if we needed to go to the main location or just go to where we dropped it off at and we were told to just pick it up from where we dropped it off, only to find out the same rude tech told us we had to go to the main location to get paper work and keys. More

Overpriced, underdelivered. Showed up the morning after the car was "done". It was at another facility and still hadn't been test driven. I'll find better service for less money elsewhere. More
