Service was completed within a reasonable time frame. Unfortunately, the Service Advisor (Javier Montes) and Service Manager (Greg) didn't follow up as promised. I delivered my vehicle on a Monday and Unfortunately, the Service Advisor (Javier Montes) and Service Manager (Greg) didn't follow up as promised. I delivered my vehicle on a Monday and was told by Javier that a diagnostic evaluation would be made the next day (Tuesday and I would be notified), I didn't hear anything until I made a call to the service Manager on Friday, of which I left Greg a message on his answering machine that I would like to speak with him. Not sure if it was by coincidence or if it was just played off, approximately an hour later, Javier called me with an update of estimated cost and diagnosis of which I agreed to the repair, but only after talking with the lead technician/mechanic, he also told me he would be emailing service recommendation(s), of which I never received. However, the recommendations were listed on the billing and repair statement. Greg did attempt to call me and left me a quick message to call him back, I did call back only to once again leave him a message, I understand this can happen, I left a simple tag and you're it, message. I never spoke with Greg, he didn't, nor has he followed back up with my concern. I real issue is the lack of follow-up, if one says something is to be done, I simply expect it be done, if the action couldn't be accomplished as promised, a simple email or quick phone call would have been appreciated. The service was good. The only issue I had was when I picked up the car. There was a warning light displayed immediately when I turned on the car. I would’ve thought that the dealership would’ve seen that before they brought the car around. This caused additional waiting time for me after I was told that the car was ready. This is minor just speaks to attention to detail. More
