The good: friendly and timely The bad: I was charged for 3 gallons of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (at about twice the price you'd get at any autoparts shop) but my DEF talk DID NOT need refilling, as I had top for 3 gallons of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (at about twice the price you'd get at any autoparts shop) but my DEF talk DID NOT need refilling, as I had topped it off recently. Similar thing with the windshield wash. I sent them a text and I'm still waiting for a response. They also offered a multi-point inspection that included recording the tires' tread depth, but there's no such record, so I cannot trust that they really inspected much of anything. More

I previously worked with Mercedes MeConnect tech support to try to resolve an app connection issue. That didn’t work. I took the vehicle to the shop on Saturday, they ran a diagnostic that indicated a bad t to try to resolve an app connection issue. That didn’t work. I took the vehicle to the shop on Saturday, they ran a diagnostic that indicated a bad telecom module (which is apparently a common problem that the tech support team was unaware of). The dealership gave me a loaner, installed a new telecom module, and I was up and running in 3 days. More
