DO NOT COME HERE! Whether is was incompetence or deception this dealership's service advisor Steve failed to properly fill out the repair order and the diesel mechanic Whether is was incompetence or deception this dealership's service advisor Steve failed to properly fill out the repair order and the diesel mechanic failed to properly diagnose the repair. This caused catastrophic damage to my sprinter, $6500, and they still didn't do the DPF replacement! Greg the service manager was extremely unprofessional. After being presented with the facts of my service visits and the diagnostic from a local mechanic (Silver Star Auto Haas - amazing service and very knowledgeable and transparent) confirming my DPF needed to be replaced and was under warranty Greg lost his composure and became rude and disrespectful. When he threatened not to do the repair, DESPITE it being under warranty - I realized I can not continue to do business here. More
