Always a pleasure to visit Audi in Albuquerque. Service Dept. is exceptional. I choose to travel 224 miles North for service rather than visit the Audi dealer on El Paso which is 40 miles away. E Service Dept. is exceptional. I choose to travel 224 miles North for service rather than visit the Audi dealer on El Paso which is 40 miles away. El Paso lost my business for perpetuity when the service dept. put aftermarket brakes on my car without asking—and charging Audi prices. The Audi technician wrote in large letters, “after-market parts”! The kept my auto a full day and I was at the dealership the entire time. They gave me my car back at 7:30 pm. I was tired and did not look carefully at the invoice. The next morning I did look at it and saw the message from the technician. They returned my $$$ and I took my car to Tucson where I knew I could trust the dealership. I switched to Albq. For convenience and tha Audi service department never disappoints! I am grateful! More
