Steven the service rep was great, very helpful and attentive, also accommodating. Not as pleased with the drivers who dropped off my Sprinter at the Sprinter shop then returned it. The sprinter was new, 250 miles, driver had dirty shoes, and you could tell they drove it too fast and probably hard. Items were strewn around the van, doesn’t happen when I drive it. You need to educate your drivers who move cars around, treat the customers car with care. These aren’t Dodge’s, my van was close to 200k, I expect driver’s to treat and drive the customers cars a bit better. Also parts woman could use some customer service training. A bit abrupt, waited at least 5 minutes for her to emerge from back office. More
