Had a 10:00 appointment for 1-year service on my GLA250 (had a 1-hour drive from Santa Fe) and indicated that I would be waiting in the showroom. I was told by the service tech when I arrived that it woul (had a 1-hour drive from Santa Fe) and indicated that I would be waiting in the showroom. I was told by the service tech when I arrived that it would take about 1 hour. AT 12:30 (2-½ hours later) my car was returned to me. All of the other people waiting for their cars were serviced and able to leave. While everyone was very professional and kept apologizing for the long wait, no explanation was given as to why I had to wait so long. The service performed on my car was quite ordinary. It should be noted that when I purchased the car I pre-paid the first 4 services (is that why I was seemingly made to wait so long?). More

1st service: I was told they balanced my tires and rotated to find out they never did. Second time I took in the car for a warranty issue and the technician working on the car scratched my shinny blac rotated to find out they never did.
