There is no indication that shuttle service is not available on Saturdays. When scheduling online for a Saturday service, shuttle service is is advertised. It doesn't feel organized. The service staff were great and took time to discuss issues. My only complaint is that I was having an old battery replaced. Previously, service departments would check the alternator to ensure it was w issues. My only complaint is that I was having an old battery replaced. Previously, service departments would check the alternator to ensure it was working well and to determine if it needed to be replaced or serviced as well or in lieu of a battery. This was not done without being an additional cost. Seems like that should have been part of the service, especially since it costs $500 just to replace the battery part and labor. That is NOT inexpensive. More
