My purchase was a Porsche Cayman S. My experience was mostly good but severely impacted by an event that was (yuk) only explained by, "The clerk who received a check from your lender s My experience was mostly good but severely impacted by an event that was (yuk) only explained by, "The clerk who received a check from your lender saw only one 'borrower' on the check, so assumed (incorrectly) that I was the only Buyer/Owner." Obviously, Ownership is defined only by Buyer's Order Agreement. Earlier, I had emailed my salesperson with notification of both my wife and I should be listed as Buyers. When I picked up the Cayman S, I was given a second (incorrect) Buyer's Order Agreement with me as the only Buyer and told (incorrectly) that I could get this dealership error corrected at MVD. It is never a Buyer's responsibility to correct a dealership error. Is that not obvious? So after a month of my irritation, phone calls and emails, we Buyers finally received a correct registration from MVD and our lender finally received a correct Title. Who should I bill for my unnecessary time and labor? Why did we choose our lender? Our interest rate is 4.99% Sincerely, Mr Lynn and Ms Surasvadee Scheller More
