Superb customer service Since I didn't purchase my Mercedes from this dealership, I was a little tentative about taking my car there for service. However, working with Malik Since I didn't purchase my Mercedes from this dealership, I was a little tentative about taking my car there for service. However, working with Malike to get an emergency appointment for my car was easily the best experience I've had to date with any Mercedes Service Department. Not once did I have to wonder about the status of my car. Malik kept me updated, and delivered it back to me exactly as promised. I will definitely look to work with him again in the future!. More

Service Was Out Standing I had my S430 in for a scheduled maintenance and part replacement along with that a had a problem with Mercedes Benz.Com. In explaining this problem a I had my S430 in for a scheduled maintenance and part replacement along with that a had a problem with Mercedes Benz.Com. In explaining this problem and how I felt it was unfair, Chris stated that not much could be done and I was not feeling very good about it. After receiving my car, I look at my charge sheet and found that Chris with that part replacement. It wasn't the best but it was the best that could be done and he made it happen and I thank him for that. More
