Great Service Experience! We discovered that we had a flat tire due to a nail puncture over the NYE weekend and my husband took the car to Mercedes Benz of Alexandria on Jan. 2 We discovered that we had a flat tire due to a nail puncture over the NYE weekend and my husband took the car to Mercedes Benz of Alexandria on Jan. 2. Our vehicle was covered under a warranty that included wheel and tire protection. David Getachew was our service advisor and told us that he would be able to replace the tire the same day. My husband got a ride back home using the shuttle service and as promised, a few hours later they called to tell us the car was ready and the shuttle came back to pick him up. Not only was the tired fixed, but the car was nice and clean, which was great because of all of the winter weather that was on the interior/exterior of the car. David took great care of us and our car and is always very responsive. Great customer service! More
