I recently had my 30,000 service done there and I have never been disappointed with their technical expertise, care of my E550 4Matic, and industry standard leading customer service. My service advisor, Chris, is always pleasant and professional. They always give me the sense that their primary goals are to ensure that my Mercedes is in tip top operating condition and that I am totally satisfied with the service experience. They make me feel that I am important to them. They always explain everything and they never ever talk down to me. That is why I continue to go back to them for all of my service needs.
