We will buy from MB Alexandria again. Service is Excellent! It's been two years since we got our GLC and what I can say is MB Alexandria service is beyond excellent! Last year, we had to fix roof leaking problem. He called us almost everyday for over a month to keep us posted on what has been going on with our car. It is hard to find a person who works diligently like he does like the owner of this dealership. He is a great asset to the MB Alexandria. We are very pleased with his superb service!! More

My experience with the dealership since 2013. My wife purchased a new SLK in 2013. Since then the dealership has offered prompt and efficient advice and service. We take good care of the interior and exterior, and this prevents any misunderstandings about cosmetic issues. My wife's 2012 C300 and my S550 have been great cars, and we get excellent care when routine servicing is needed. Sometimes when waiting for a complimentary car wash I wander through the showroom to "see the future" and see Shawn Moore or Jerry Chao, who have kept us informed and special offerings and provide updates on what's new.
