I go for the expertise, but choose to return because they I moved into the area 3 years ago and was happy to have a Mercedes dealer close to home. What I did not expect was a service department that was comp I moved into the area 3 years ago and was happy to have a Mercedes dealer close to home. What I did not expect was a service department that was competent, quick, and actually very competitively priced. I started going to MB of Alexandria for the expertise with my car, but I keep returning because they are so courteous and do everything in their power to make the visit a good--actually a great-- experience. I highly recommend MB Alexandria for both routine maintenance and complex repairs because they have done both on my car. The repairs were done right and the service experience was done right, too. Service B is given an A I scheduled my appointment online for my service B appointment . When I arrived I was greeted by Milek who is very courteous and professional . I scheduled my appointment online for my service B appointment . When I arrived I was greeted by Milek who is very courteous and professional . I found him to be very attentive as I discussed other requirements needed for that appointment , One of which were my concerns over some scratches I had on my car from being hit in a parking lot . Milek Assured me that everything would be taken care of as he directed me over to the loaner desk . Within a few minutes of getting my loaner vehicle Molique had already taken care of the scratches on my car. I am more than pleased with the service I received from Alexandria Mercedes, I live much closer to a few other Mercedes dealerships but it is so worth it to make the drive to Alexandria to deal with the folks down at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. More
