After receiving a status update on the service, I later pickup my washed and cleaned vehicle and was again on my way within minutes. Everyone was very friendly and professional. My car has been serviced by Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria for about 5 years. I've always received the best service--correct diagnosis and have not had to return the car to re-do a service. I've also been given out-of-warranty service for no charge or reduced charge when it was discovered that the maintenance should have been discovered during the warranty period. I'm especially pleased that for overnight service, the company has instituted the loaner system rather than having to rent a car. Of course, the cost for that is built into the final service cost. But sometimes you pay for convenience. Concerning pricing, I chose N/A because Mercedes Benz's are expensive to maintain, if taken to a dealership. David Johnson is my service manager and I'm pleased with his attention to the maintenance I've had over the years. More
