‘It’s very disappointing to receive a comment like this, we pride ourselves on meeting and/or exceeding our clients expectations. I have spent a great deal of time researching the statements that where made on this site and I have been unsuccessful in verifying the validity of this complaint. During my research, however, I did discover a repair order with similar concerns. That vehicle required numerous services consistent with an eleven year old SLK320, and the heating/air conditioning issue was resolved by Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria at no expense to the customer. If this is truly a legitimate claim, please take a few minutes and contact me at 703-341-2114. I assure you, we go the extra mile to take care of all our clients.

My review is legitimate. I have to work order paid by myself and the receipt. MO: 91305 and MO: 91306 In the first work order is stated that they replaced the cooling fan control and the thermostat in the second work order is stated that they replaced the cooling fan. they could have figured out in the beginning that the cooling fan was not working. I told them the car was overheating and the cooling fan was not working. if they had completely fix all the issues, i would not have paid for something i was not supposed to. they mistake that they did the first time caused me to come back and pay for the second repair; which i should not have to do
