Very poor service. Got very bad service by George boatwright. Scheduled to drop my car off on friday. Didnt get my car back until Wednesday. Kept saying that the airbag Got very bad service by George boatwright. Scheduled to drop my car off on friday. Didnt get my car back until Wednesday. Kept saying that the airbag replacement is difficult, but taking days is unacceptable! Told me that my car break fluid is leaking which is unsafe to drive. That is understandable. However, drained off the car battery and not letting me drive home is unacceptable. This is very ridiculous service. Wont come back again. More

Thank God this dealership was where we needed one. We hit a huge pothole on the 395 at 3 AM on a Saturday as we were traveling north to a resort. Our car was towed to the dealership for us to get a new We hit a huge pothole on the 395 at 3 AM on a Saturday as we were traveling north to a resort. Our car was towed to the dealership for us to get a new tire. This dealership let us in the door way before opening hour of 7 AM. By 7 AM we learned the tire was not in stock (AMG special tire) and it was promised to be mounted Monday. They gave us a very nice loaner car and we were off. The best of service, very kind and helpful. Great facility if you are looking for a 5 Star MB dealership. This experience was a testimony to "Mercedes Benz. The Best or Nothing" More

Service rep George Boatwright was polite, personable, and professional. We were called to approve necessary work and were informed of what was needed, cost and time to complete. Work was done on time and correctly. We couldn't pick the car up right away, but they let us keep the loaner car an extra day. Expensive, but you do get what you pay for. More
