I towed my GLE to Anaheim MB service, I meet with Mr. David Ranciglio, I think he is one of the service manager. He was very professional and detail oriented on how to explain the service process and cos David Ranciglio, I think he is one of the service manager. He was very professional and detail oriented on how to explain the service process and cost...ect. I get a nice loner car while my car in the service. Mr. David kept me posted everyday through text messages and videos on the update of my car, this makes me feel confident and know what is going on and what to expect.
