My experience at Mercedes of Anaheim is always top tier. David has taken care of me twice and he is very professional and informative. He keeps me updated on the progress of my car, schedules uber rides and David has taken care of me twice and he is very professional and informative. Even though having your car break down is an inconvenience, David makes sure to keep the process as smooth as possible. I currently own 2 Mercedes vehicles and I have one service advisor for my sprinter and one for my regular car. Both service advisors, David and Johnny have always been professional, courteous and ensu service advisor for my sprinter and one for my regular car. Both service advisors, David and Johnny have always been professional, courteous and ensure that I am sent home safely or provided with a loaner vehicle. I know when my vehicles are returned to me, everything is done well. The Caliber technicians always do a great job. I have been a customer at Caliber since Chris Pantele was a service advisor. I no longer live in the area, but I still make sure to go to Caliber Motors for my Mercedes vehicles. More
