Brian Kim was excellent! I would request him again. Brian provided me with an excellent experience as the service rep. Also, the Service Forman and the technician w I would request him again. Brian provided me with an excellent experience as the service rep. Also, the Service Forman and the technician were excellent. I was sent a video from Edward who worked on my car. He detailed what was done in regard to the four items I reported. All four were addressed. I was very happy when my car was worked on so quickly and returned so quickly. I came in on a Friday morning, and my car was returned on Saturday afternoon of the same week. My previous experiences were days if not a week. Thank you to Brian, the Forman and Edward. More
