Poor customer service from drop off to pick up. Tried to over sell service that was recently done. Recent service was “lost” in new computer software. Labor charges are exorbitant. Waited 15 minutes for someone to help me finalize paperwork when picking up my car. I understand now why no one was in the service line. Managers need to get it together with their limited staff. This dealership is horrible. I will never go back for any service, even though it is less than five miles from my house. Still waiting for a call back regarding a multimedia question, I guess no one at the dealership know how the system works! More
