This representative was extremely rude and disrespectful. It seemed that he was mad because we serviced our car somewhere else. His body language was as obviously rude as his tone of voice. He did not care at all whether we left satisfied or angry, despite the fact that we had recently purchased a vehicle from this location. We are very disappointed that this dealership simply sells the car to the customer and then forgets about them and disregards their questions, needs, and emotions. I have referred a few people to this location prior to this occurrence. However, it is doubtful that I will return to this dealership. I now have a car from Fletcher Jones and one from the dealership in Anaheim Hills, and I must say that Fletcher Jones treats their customers much better. They are very friendly and their main concern is to help the customer, not to get him out the door as fast as possible regardless of his satisfaction. I was hoping to find the same service and care at this dealership because it is closer to my house. However after the treatment we received today, I realized that the distance is worth traveling if it is a trade-off between distance and service. More

He answered all of my questions and was easy to work with even during the negotiation stage. I have been involved with purchasing quite a few new cars from other brands and I know that this is not always the case. I had a nightmarish experience a month ago at Keyes Merecedes in Sherman Oaks. They sold me a new vehicle that had to be serviced three times starting from the day after I drove it off their lot. Not only was the whole experience exhausting and emotionally draining there were tons of loose ends that I had to take care of with regard to insurance and financing on the vehicle that had so many issues. After a month, I finally got my money back, had to wait until my financing came full circle and then I was looking for the same car again with the options I had on the previous car. After calling numerous dealerships and speaking to tons of sales reps, I was still left with no car. My trust in dealerships and sales reps was at an all time low. Firstly, I knew exactly what I wanted and having to have someone sell me what they have in stock (not what I'm looking for) or someone trying to drag me to the dealership and wouldn't be straight forward and tell me what they have and/or their best price, it seemed like an endless situation. Meanwhile, I had no car. I finally decided to call dealerships outside of LA County. One was Fletcher Jones and the other Mercedes of Anaheim. First call I made was to Fletcher Jones, a lady in the sales department picked up. Again, she seemed not so interested in letting me know what she had in stock, she said she couldn't help with regards to the best possible deal until I came in. I explained that I can't just drive all the way from Sherman Oaks to Orange County to browse and that I was a serious buyer. She then said she'll call me back, which she never did. Thankfully, I ended up at Mercedes of Anaheim and spoke to John Gray. From the beginning, he was a straight shooter, got to the point, asked all the right questions, had no interest in selling me something that I did not want. Told me the price over the phone which was an unbeatable deal, better deal than the one I got from Keyes Mercedes. I thought it was too good to be true to be honest, but wanted to keep an open mind. Drove almost an hour to Anaheim 5 days later and left with the car of my dreams! I showed up, saw the car, it was gorgeous, test drove it. John was kind enough to show me how to use some of the cool features while the finance department was preparing my paperwork. The gentleman in Finance was wonderful as well. I don't have my paperwork in front of me and I can't recall his name. But it was the most pleasant car buying experience of my entire life. Between John and the gentleman in finance. It was worth the drive and the wait. John Gray gave me A++ quality customer service and I will HIGHLY recommend Mercedes of Anaheim and John to anyone looking for a car, never mind Mercedes, any car!
