Only thing that caught me off guard, however, was after we agreed on the final price, he handed me over to another associate and dropped out of the process. I was confused as to why because he didn't look very busy. Moreover, he didn't show us the CarFax on the vehicle, which I wished he did just to give us additional assurance. Other than these two details, the process was great. Also really liked working with their finance team (Peter Tran, I think). He, of course, recommended us to buy extended warranty for good reasons but very professional about it when we declined. Special shout out to Gail who helped us the 2nd half of the sales process. She was SUPER patient and kind. I had a 11 month old that was screaming and crying (missed her nap time) and Gail was super patient with us. Thank you!
