I've had my own experience with other Mercedes Dealers and mechanics in the past and Anaheim Hills has been the best one I have dealt with when it comes to customer service. Mike Stowell was the person whom I was in contact with when I first visited Anaheim Hills and he was pleasant, informative (even with bad news), educated me on certain parts and service that I needed and even explained to me why. He always gave great options from the least expensive alternative with realistic breaking period to the most expensive with quality and its guarantees. Mike compared to other contacts I've had with other Mercedes Dealers has gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction such as providing quotes and other alternatives, if we choose to go outside of Mercedes for certain services or parts he always welcomes us back should we change our minds or have any other problems or concerns. Mike is personable and carries himself professionally, not once did I ever experience any difficulties or ever felt pressured into purchasing things I may or may not need. I appreciate all that Mike has done to get my car serviced and repaired and I look forward to continued service with your company. Thank you for a pleasant experience!! More
