Called, set up an appointment for Service B and advised the appt setter that I do need a rental. Dropped off the vehicle and was shuttle off to Enterprise. Waited there for another 45 minutes before got the appt setter that I do need a rental. Dropped off the vehicle and was shuttle off to Enterprise. Waited there for another 45 minutes before got served. My driver license and my personal credit card were needed for this rental. When I finally got the rental, I was told that the fuel tank is 1/8 full. For your information, I did put more gasoline in it and returned it the next day with 7/8 tank. Can someone help me to see that fuel payment get reimbursed into my card? Overall, that service B experience was totally horrible, beyond words. More
