I currently own 2 Mercedes vehicles and I have one service advisor for my sprinter and one for my regular car. Both service advisors, David and Johnny have always been professional, courteous and ensu service advisor for my sprinter and one for my regular car. Both service advisors, David and Johnny have always been professional, courteous and ensure that I am sent home safely or provided with a loaner vehicle. I know when my vehicles are returned to me, everything is done well. The Caliber technicians always do a great job. I have been a customer at Caliber since Chris Pantele was a service advisor. I no longer live in the area, but I still make sure to go to Caliber Motors for my Mercedes vehicles. More
