Absolutely horrible! I had called about a week or two in advance to make an appt to bring the vehicle in for an airbag recall. I showed up at the set time and day and the I had called about a week or two in advance to make an appt to bring the vehicle in for an airbag recall. I showed up at the set time and day and they didn’t have the part. I took time off work. Such a waist of my time and my money. The service advisor I had originally spoke with said he would order the part and have it ready. Well that never happened and nobody notified me not to come as they were not ready. Instead, they tried to sell me a service, rim repairs and they wanted to by my car. Extremely upset with the performance and service today at this dealership. More
