I had went in to the dealer because I had seen a vehicle online that I was interested in. They had just received the car and I was still able to view it. Max(Tarik) was the representative that helped me and online that I was interested in. They had just received the car and I was still able to view it. Max(Tarik) was the representative that helped me and even from the jump he made me feel invited into this dealership(I had been shopping this car for a while so I went to several dealerships) The whole process from start to finish was amazing by Max and the sales managers and finance team. Even with countless hurdles that popped up they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and up to date on the whole process. They worked with the banks and not only got me a lower monthly payment but also a lower APR!! I am floored by the service I received from this dealership! If I could have left 10 stars I would have. It is not often I buy car but you can bet that when I get my next Mercedes I will be coming back here! Thank you again to Max and everyone there that helped make this dream come true! More

Roger was great, as always! I discovered a tire leak on a Saturday morning, and had to drive directly to the dealership before the car became undriveable and needed a tow.
