On April 13, 2026, I brought my vehicle to this dealership specifically for a "Suspension Concern". I paid for a professional diagnosis, and the technician formally cleared the suspension as functi dealership specifically for a "Suspension Concern". I paid for a professional diagnosis, and the technician formally cleared the suspension as functioning correctly (RO #171388). However, on April 24, less than 24 hours after retrieving the vehicle, the rear air suspension suffered a complete collapse while driving. Subsequent interactions with Service Advisor and Service Manager were highly unprofessional. I received conflicting and speculative repair estimates—including a suggestion to replace the compressor just for "testing" purposes. Furthermore, the dealership attempted to pressure me into verbally "closing the case" by threatening to withdraw my loaner vehicle and refusing to communicate via email to avoid a paper trail. More
