Worst call in experience Me and my friend called in for a CPO vehicle that does not have photo. Since we are interested in the options of the vehicle. So the first guy David w Me and my friend called in for a CPO vehicle that does not have photo. Since we are interested in the options of the vehicle. So the first guy David was helpful and said the car was probably sold since it did not pop up for a few times and it was weird. So we wondered if we got the wrong stock number so we called again and this time Alex responded. We explained the situation but instead he yelled at us saying why didnt you believe the previous guy? And we asked for a double check but he got mad and never called back for 5~10min. So since we dont knoe the actual result we called once more and politely asked is this number available? It is Alex again and he got very very angry saying we are scammers and not nice and hung up. We never got second confirmation and we are really disappointed in both the dealers and the result. We had cash in hand and was going to buy today. More
